Klaviyo Expert for new Email Marketing Agency

We are a new, exciting email marketing agency Drop Zero Digital working only with Klaviyo for our ecommerce clients.

We are now looking for a great, experienced and smart Klaviyo expert who can support us.

What we are looking for -

Klaviyo platform experience (at least 6 months to 1 year) (we will be testing you so please be honest with this)
Responsive and available 2-5 PM UK / 9 AM to 12 PM EST time, Mon-Fri
You can commit to 10- 20h/week initially, with room to increase this as we bring in more and more clients!
You are happy to work on an hourly fee basis
An in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
Setting up, developing, and managing Klaviyo email templates
Developing the visual messaging, and pop-up integrations
Flow setups and development
Diagnose software issues
Resolve escalated customer complaints and engage effectively with them using established processes
Document troubleshooting and working outside the box to problem solve
