About the position
Proactively moving projects along from start (onboarding) to finish (Handover & Launch)
Working from a task checklist for every step of the project (Updating accordingly)
Delegate tasks and manage other departments of the team (content, design, support)
Dealing with Clients in Email, sometimes WhatsApp, Zoom
Keeping track of project progress, client requirements, feedback and requests
Prioritising projects and tasks
Reading/listening to client feedback and delegating to other tea ---------- mbers to work on
Quality checking website design/functionality/tasks completed before handing over
Assistance and guidance to clients who need help
Collecting and managing files provided by clients
Chatting to team via ----------
Clear instructions for both clients and tea ---------- mbers (developers, designers, support)

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for the 1st week, then on a weekly basis after the 1st week
We pay bonuses for great work
We pay 13th Month Bonus
We give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 days per year)
These are paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 days)
