Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who will report directly to the owners of the company and will work with an outside CPA to prepare financial statements and tax return a the end of the year.

RacquetFlex is a rapidly growing online tennis academy and tennis instruction company. We sell private tennis coaching services, online courses, and various other products that help tennis players improve their tennis games. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team and eventually work together long-term.

Duties & Responsibilities
-----------------------------

- Managing Quickbooks Online – Setup, Catch up & Clean Up
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner

Minimum Requirements
-----------------------------

- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 2+ years of bookkeeping
- 2+ years experience in Quickbooks Online
- Developing Standards
- Analyzing Information
- Dealing with Complexity
- Reporting Research Results
- Data Entry Skills
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- Knowledge of IFRS, U.S GAAP, or other accounting frameworks
- Thoroughness & Attention to Detail
- Confidentiality is a must
