Extensive training will be provided to make sure you fully understand the Real Estate Investing Business and be able to speak the Real Estate lingo/jargon.
Starting pay is $3-4 an hour depending on real estate cold call experience.
$200 bonus for every closed lead.
Top performers have opportunities to join our Sales/Acquisitions Team.


- During work hours, you will be making outbound calls to homeowners to see if they would consider a cash offer on their property.
- Gather details from homeowners that are willing to sell.
- Work hours are between 11:00 am - 7:00pm EST
- Pre-Screen/Qualify Sellers by giving a soft initial offer to see where they are at on price.
- Call Script Will be provided.
- Input information into our Podio System
- We will provide the list and phone numbers to call, and the calling platform (Batchdialer).
- Fast internet connection is a must.
-Clear microphone is a must.
-Being able to speak clear English and comprehending English sellers is a must.
- Real Estate knowledge and sales skills are preferred.
-First week you will be trained on what we do as a company. We believe in training our team up so everyone can be in the same mindset as a real estate investor.
- All you will need is a computer with Google Chrome and an internet connection that has at least 10Mbps upload/download.
