Real Estate Social Media Manager

We are looking for a motivated, talented, and fun-spirited Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist. You will distribute and promotes online content to grow our audience, convert leads into customers, and tell the story of our brand. Duties:

- Create flyers, brochures, templates, and social media posts/calendar for Realtors
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, Youtube, etc. They must be able to manage all aspects of our social media program from platform creation, content planning, and the ability to monitor and measure effectiveness.
- Must possess above average organizational skills and able to take charge arranging/cleaning client's database
- Knows how to do landing pages, basic SEO and WordPress update - upload blogs, listings etc
- Utilize a critical eye for your own work to ensure clean, high-quality content that supports customer brand focus
- Create monthly news letter to be sent out to clients.

Requirements:
- Must have at least experience in the Real Estate industry
- Knows MLS, Zillow, KW Command, Twilio
- Familiarity with basic and or advanced design principles and lightweight visual design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Video, Editing tools
- Excellent writing and communications skills (sentence structure, grammar, varied vocabulary, spelling, style, strong typing
the speed with high accuracy, and attention to detail
- MUST be available in a graveyard shift BETWEEN (9pm - 6am Manila)
