Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Want to make $5,000-10,000+ USD per month, look no further. This is a position is purely commission based and not for the faint of heart. $2,000 for each closed transaction (This will be increased for talented individuals)... i.e. the more deals you do, the more money you make... HUGE potential for growth!

I'm looking for a highly talented and MOTIVATED individual that possesses great communication skills (both written and verbal). The position will mostly be comprised of prospecting and negotiating with motivated sellers. The goal is to find discounted properties to supply to our investors.

All leads will be provided, underwriting of the deal and offering price will be done for you, and buyers will be aligned in advance.

Qualifications:
* Prior experience working for an investor-based/acquisition focused real estate company.
* A STRONG desire to succeed
* Include "Blue M&Ms" in your cover letter
