Experienced Shopify Customer Service Assistant

I run a large Shopify dropshipping store and require a new Virtual Assistant to deal with all of our customer emails and live chat. We will require you to speak and write strong English and have prior experience in customer support.

You will be given access to a support email and provided with some templates on how to deal with customers, however, we expect you to think for yourself and take appropriate steps without a lot of guidance.

We require you to have past experience using Shopify.
