Loan Processor/Executive Assistant

Black Label Capital is a Dallas, Texas based hard money lender. We lend to real estate investors for the purchase and renovation of fix and flip properties, new construction and 30 year rental loans. We are seeking an individual to assist in processing loan files, drafting various business related documents and filtering/communicating with current/potential borrowers and performing various tasks for the owner of the company and any other high level executives.

Your Role:
-Drafting loan quotes/term sheets for review
-Processing loan files and preparing files for closing
-Reviewing your assigned loan files on a daily basis
-Collecting documents from the borrowers and ensuring all documents meet our standards
-Downloading/uploading files and organizing loan files
-Communicating with borrowers regarding loan extensions, draw inspections, etc. Filtering communication and routing questions to the appropriate parties
-Preparing various business related documents and misc. tasks for the company like drafting loan payoffs and loan extensions
-Data Entry
-Build training guides
-Answering phone calls, reply to emails and review loan applications
-Manage social media post, communicate with potential clients through website chat and Facebook, etc.
-Communicating directly with clients, title companies, insurance agents, appraisers, etc. via phone, email and text
-Any other business related tasks deemed necessary

Compensation
-We want to ensure you are well compensated. Base pay will be $500. As you start to learn the systems, the company may from time to time offer leads that you can work as a Loan Officer. If those leads convert, you will receive commission pay from those leads. Bonuses are also available. All commission and bonus pay is largely dependent on how well you perform above and beyond your normal duties.

Hours
-We are seeking a full time position of 40/hours a week

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree
* VA experience for at least 2 years
* Attention to detail across all projects
* Fluent in English - written and verbal
* Proficient with DropBox, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products

Requirements
* Must be willing to work full time
* Apple Macbook computer or laptop (2012 or later)
* Dual monitor capabilities
* Consistent, reliable, and fast internet connection
* This is a fast paced industry. You MUST be able to accomplish tasks very quickly. Most loans close in a matter of days, and there is a lot of activity required to process a loan from start to finish.

What happens next?

Since our jobs are so popular we generally get deluged with applicants. So I have designed a multi-part interview process to make the process as simple and efficient for all parties.
