JOB OVERVIEW

We are in search of an eCommerce Supply Chain Associate to work with an Israeli-based client.

The eCommerce Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for handling POs, shipments, vendor management, data analysis, product sourcing and logistics accounting of the supply chain.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional, eager to learn and possesses excellenmt English communication in written and verbal form.

This role is 100% remote ---------- this role, you will:
Process POs and payments
Manage and track orders created and liaise with external Supply Chain teams for order confirmation and invoicing
Monitor product inspections and collect and manage related documentation
Regularly update the Logistics Manager of shipment status and changes that impact campaigns, or lead to product out of stock.
Collect and manage all shipment details, including shipping costs, customs and VAT and ensures accuracy of costs reflected in actual landed cost
Analyze cost data and compile reports.
Keep up to date on Amazon policies, procedures and terms of service, and marketplace and global events that affect supply chain operations and inventory management.
Follow up on inventory at multiple warehouses and deliver recommendations.

Your capabilities
2+ years of experience on accounting supply chain management.
Proven knowledge in logistics/supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory management
Experience in Amazon Seller ---------- ernational logistics experience in wholesale distribution or retail supply chain environment.
Strong systems skills, including proficiency with integrated software applications such as Amazon Seller central, SellerCloud and SoStocked.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
