We are looking for energetic people to help our dynamic support team; we are in the property management field and we are looking for people who speak US Spanish. (English is also required). This job will require you to answer inbound calls from our residents and help assist them with billing, maintenance, and general questions. These calls will require you to be able handle locating their account within our system and looking up date in real-time while chatting with our residents. Keep in mind some of our residents may be frustrated when they call as you will be on the front line of helping them understanding their billing account.

We pay weekly using electronic funds transfer (ACH) in US dollars into a transferwise account; you will need to obtain this account prior to your start date.

Must haves:
- Speak US Spanish
- Navigate English based custom software
- Work with other tea ---------- mbers to solve problems
- Think through basic accounting problems to resolve concerns
- Communicate effectively via email
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable in multitasking
- Willing to work US business hours
- 2 forms of Government identification and the ability to obtain a ---------- boarder-less payment account with US bank information
