Head of Customer Experience at Startup - Founding Employee #1

We're looking for a "Head of Customer Experience" — This might be the dream job to someone who loves building systems, has high standards of work, and may already be recognized as a "quiet leader". If you are someone who is highly passionate about personal development and the growth and development of others but not finding this fulfillment in your current role—this may be the perfect opportunity for you. If you enjoy taking the complex, and making it simple then you will excel here.

You'll be in great hands and working directly with our two Founders — One is a serial entrepreneur with another 8 Figure business and also a comedian, The other is a Nurse Practitioner and Yoga Instructor. We're bringing on someone to help shape the company from the ground up and to co-create the systems, operations, growth, and full customer experience. We're looking for someone with the right type of mind and thinking style— This person may have an engineering, marketing, customer service, or research background, or some combination of all four. You'll be mentored hands on by our Founders so you can become incredibly effective as a leader and executive—and also a key partner on our executive team.

This will be a very challenging but very fun and fulfilling job. Someone who gets excited by the unknown and sees possibility in challenges will do well. If all goes well, you'll be in the top ranks working alongside the Founders of the company.
