Our growing team includes five virtual members currently, in addition to five staffed on site in USA
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Human Resources and Administrative Assistant (Virtual).
The primary responsibility is to off-load the HR and Admin tasks that the President and Business Development manager have been handling, so they can focus on growing sales and healthy company culture.
These responsibilities include:
- Administrative on-boarding of staff members, including data entry as required for; virtual staff, in-office staff, and drivers.
- Off boarding documentation when a staff member moves on.
- coordinating with IT vendor for on boarding and off boarding staff
- Initial screening and shortlisting of candidates for various positions
- calendaring staff review, PTO, benefit eligibility, annual anniversaries and birthdays, and actions necessary.
- Scheduling weekly, and one-off tea
- Coordinating a monthly celebration on Teams and virtual gift for birthdays and anniversaries.
- Coordinate our training program including safety and LinkedIn learning to staff
- Coordinate set up of MS Teams, (we have but are not using fully) for staff task management and accountability (or suggest and implement a different system if you feel appropriate)
Administrative assistance to company President and Business Development Manager
- Data entry, excel worksheets, updating inventories
- Various research for sales and purchasing

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Virtual Human Resources and Administrative assistant positions,
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Great personality, upbeat attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working hours Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm Eastern time (we may be able to adjust if requested)
- Must have high speed internet connection, own computer, monitor, and telephone headset (service is provided)
- Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill our mission.
