Facebook Ads Expert Needed - Part Time 10 hours a week

I am looking for a Facebook ads expert ---------- hours a week to run and optimize the ad copy and imagery I create. PLEASE read this entire job post so that you know how to apply. Doing the application this way helps me quickly d ---------- if I should interview you.

For the most part I will be writing the ads and creating images but I need your help to get them in front of the right people and to optimize the ad spend to make the most out of that money. I am open to help with images and copy but it generally works best when I write the ad copy.

REQUIREMENT:

- Must really know ads manager WELL
- Must understand targeting WELL
- Know custom audiences and how to make the most of them
- Understand the how the api conversion pixel works and why it is so important
- Must understand conversion tracking and optimization


MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: Working up to 10 hours a week $160 usd to $220 usd per month
Growth: I will need more help (20+ hours a week in late November (next month) and possibly full time if that interests you. Currently I am looking to fill 10 hours a week and this position will start immediately upon your availability.
