We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist and Coordinator to join our team.
As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence to promote the company’s brand and increase customer awareness.
You will improve our marketing and sales efforts to communicate, uphold and enhance brand reputation, create and manage sales funnels for lead generation and customer acquisition.
You will monitor, post to, and analyses social media channels to build a community of followers, enhance interaction and raise awareness of our services.
You’ll work closely with our senior executives and manage other tea
Multitasking and project management is a key competency in this position because you will be responsible for managing multiple and multi-brand social media accounts.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Create, Manage and oversee social media content calendar
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Write, edit, and collaborate with tea
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Implement newsletter strategy
- Work collaboratively with tea
- Analyse and provide monthly reports on social media engagement metrics
- Make recommendations on the content, designs or campaigns to improve the effectiveness of social media channels.
- Work in a team with copywriters and designers
- Provide constructive feedback
**Requirements & Skills**
- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Knowledge of social media advertising campaigns and tools
- Knowledge of Social Media Management software
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Ability to spot trends in social media and prepare to evolve our strategies accordingly.
