Sales Associate

Hi, I am hiring for a sales position in my company. We buy and sell land and I am looking for someone to help me on the selling side. I am looking for someone to call and follow up on leads. Someone is is not afraid to ask for the sale. Ideally a person with sales experience but I am willing to train. Someone who can work at least 25-30 hours a week Monday to Saturday. Someone who is able to fill out and send contracts. Someone who is fluent in english. I'm also looking someone who will follow up with the title company to get updates about deals.
