Objectives of this Role:
- Help manage projects that include new websites and custom website work
- Create sales emails, follow up on sales emails, interact with potential clients, and come up with new potential sales ideas
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings

Job Responsibilities:
- Email new potential clients about our services and products
- Email current clients and upsell our services and products
- Work with the team and create sales flow and plan
- Responsible for writing short weekly blog posts about how to sell more online, organizing your business, and/or project managing
- Serve as weekly contact for assigned client projects, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
- Make daily sales inquiries that consist of emailing 10 new potential clients and following up with clients who might be interested in Epic’s products/services
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients, to ensure deliverables are on time


Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of English experience in communications and or customer success
- Strong verbal and written English communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Loves to work with people
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline (goal)-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
