CEO and COO of a large real estate brokerage need an awesome Executive Assistant! We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written skills, proven track record of success, dedicated, and can work with minimal supervision. We are looking for a long-term employee and can work with us full-time.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of EA experience preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Have social media management experience and knowledge
- Have experience using gmail and project management softwares.
- Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- BPO experience is an advantage
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Reliable internet
- Available via Zoom or by phone during business hours
Responsibilities:
- Appointment setting and scheduling
- Daily reminders of tasks
- CRM entries

- Online research
- Preparation for meetings
- Personal tasks like scheduling family appointments, paying bills, gift ordering, etc
- Communicate with local staff members.
- Take notes and assign tasks during meetings.
- Other adhoc tasks
$1,000/month paid bi-weekly. PTO to be discussed and agreed upon prior to employment.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central time
