Hi!! This is Kevin!! co-founder and Managing Partner of GrowAbility Equity, and I'm currently looking for an Assistant that can help me with property underwriting, post in social media, craft emails, track my real estate hours currently and record past times not yet added to the tracker. The sources will be my calendars, and voice recordings I can leave. We will train you how to do a neighborhood analysis using primarily ---------- and google maps, results need to be input into a Google Sheet. Process emails according to my instructions, do admin work in Active Campaign managing the list, set-up an email signature, complete the set-up and management of investor call types in ScheduleOnce (15 minutes set up but need to add a photo, need to add 30 and 60 min calls, need to test the setup to make sure no bugs), assisting with scheduling calls/meetings, and do research and simple analysis

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive - Sheets, Docs, Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram
* Someone who has experience as a Personal Assistant and Social Media Marketing Assistant
* Someone who loves to communicate with people through writing & language
* Persistent, aggressive and driven
* Excellent in communication
* Good with speaking and writing in English
* Very organized
* Very detail-oriented
* Someone who has a positive attitude
* A solution provider
* Proactive
* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 9 am - 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
