Offshore Recruiter

Offshore Recruiters are responsible for processing manpower requests and sourcing, screening,
interviewing and placing qualified candidates in our US Clients.

Night shift 11:00 pm to 8:00 am PSt

Key Accountabilities
• Source and screen candidates
• Conduct virtual interviews with candidates
• Endorse shortlist of qualified candidates and schedule with hiring Manager
• Ensure applicants have completed information, the process offers and will be trained to help
process end to end onboarding
• Help build candidate pipelines for future hiring needs

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of full-cycle and high-volume recruiting experience from any industry
• Experience in hiring for US companies is an advantage
• A proven expertise to quickly identify qualified candidates
• Highly driven to succeed and deliver results
• Must be quick to understand recruiting and hiring SOPs
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging requirements and clients in a professional
manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
