We are a growing marketing agency that specialises in cold
The ideal candidate would:
- Be an advanced user of excel or google sheets with experience of using functions such as INDEX MATCH, VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE.
- Be able to carry out data filtering and sorting, as well as using features such as removal of duplicates and splitting text into columns
- Has experience working independently to solve complex spreadsheet problems
Additional requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Willingness to learn new skills and work with new platforms such as business contact databases,
- Available to work during majority of the working day at GMT time (London, UK)
Key role responsibilities:
- Based on campaign briefs, use a number of different tools to source prospect data for
- Organise data into the correct format ready for importing into a CRM
- Work within CRM systems to build filtered lists for
- Use Zapier to build integrations between the tools we use and pull campaign data into central Google sheets to create campaign metric reports
- Setup and manage
- Other miscellaneous admin tasks related to cold
