We are seeking an enthusiastic customer focused individual with an interest in speaking to people and helping them find study options to suit their career goals. Someone who is confident, holds excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and is self-motivated. Being passionate about education is a bonus!
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, is adaptable, has a pleasant communication style and driven to meet KPIs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve enrolment targets and KPIs
Respond to enrolment enquiries through various channels including phone,
Provide accurate information to students about their course or enrolment enquiry
Manage communication through HubSpot and accurately track all interactions with notes
Assist students with their enrolment applications
Follow up and ensure students have submitted all documents to fulfil their enrolment
Create student profiles in VETtrack
Facilitate Open days and completion of LLN assessments
Liaise with the Training Coordinators to commence classes and learner induction into their course
Work with the Business Development team on marketing initiatives and improving campaign performance in order to meet targets
Attend careers expos, careers roadshows and other events to promote brand awareness or lead generation campaigns
Ensure visibility and reporting on daily performance
Provide feedback to the marketing team and Operations Manager on campaign performance with suggestions for improvements
Provide assistance to Training Coordinators and Support Officers with administrative tasks as necessary.

Essential Skills and Competencies*
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Experience working is sales or customer service type roles
Effective interpersonal and communication skills in order to liaise with colleagues, students, clients and stakeholders
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
Strong work ethics, honest, hardworking and reliable
Ability to manage records and filing systems, and other office systems and procedures
Positive, can-do attitude and an enthusiastic, outgoing personality
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Demonstrated knowledge of and understanding of the VET Sector (desirable)
