Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Source leads and potential sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer support inbox
- Manage follow ups & communications with internal team and customers
- Lead meetings and business development / sales presentations
- Coordinate with internal tea
- Supports business development leadership
- Develop and maintain relationships with end-users to achieve goals
- Use extensive product knowledge
- Maintain, grow, and manage opportunity base
- Assist with systematizing our opportunity pipeline
- Conduct customer surveys
- Develop new and improve existing sales strategies

Required qualifications:
- Fluent in English (Speaking with minimal or no accent and business writing)
- Ability to work with and diagnose web application configurations, settings, & user issues
- Familiarity with G-Mail, Google Apps / Calendar, Jira, Dropbox, HubSpot or any CRM
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Maintain documents & templates)
- Ability to call/receive calls w/US (i.e., over a
- Preferred familiarity with insurance, claims, legal, healthcare, or operational risk management
