JOB OVERVIEW

We are a full-service t-shirt printing company that provides bulk order and fulfillment services to our clients.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, processing incoming quotes, and managing the customer CRM. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Manage inbox and respond to customer emails
Process incoming quotes and create invoices (we use Quickbooks.com)
Create T-Shirt mockups for customer orders (we use Placeit.net)
Prepare work order sheets for the production team (we use Google Sheets)
Keep customer order information up-to-date in CRM (we use Monday.com)

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
