We are looking to add a customer support specialist to our team to help us answering customer questions via chat or ticket. This position offers flexible working hours, except for around 4 hours which need to overlap with the morning hours of European Central

- Issuing refunds / dealing with customer issues
- Updating our website
- Creative article writing
- SEO Optimization
- Preparation of Social Media Posts
