JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to add a customer support specialist to our team to help us answering customer questions via chat or ticket. This position offers flexible working hours, except for around 4 hours which need to overlap with the morning hours of European Central ---------- nightshifts needed!

Job Description:
- Answering customer tickets
- Issuing refunds / dealing with customer issues
- Updating our website
- Creative article writing
- SEO Optimization
- Preparation of Social Media Posts

Your background:
- Some background in communications preferred
- Excellent English writing skills
- Structured and systematic work approach
- Preferably some experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Social Media, SEO, and WordPress

- High attention to details
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Trustworthy Personality and work ethics
- Self-starter; must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
