Expert Web Designer/Graphic Artist needed

We are MCS IT Consulting (www.mcsitconsulting.com) a small family owned IT company that does everything from computer repairs to consulting.

We are looking for a Web Designer/Graphic Artist to redo our current site along with SEO and some SEM. I would prefer a Word Press/Joomla type setup so that it is easy to update/edit but am open to other idea's.

This position will start with redesigning our site and then move on to doing sites for our clients. Based on that we would prefer someone looking for Full Time work as i see it going there after the site is completed.

Some of the things needed to be done are

1)Create a new logo or clean up our current one
2)Plan/Design/Install the site (we will provide examples to sites that we like and why we like them)
3)FBML: Facebook fan pages (a big plus if you can do this)
4)Create PSD's to show clients of potential designs
