Backend Assistant - Smartphone Business Apple iPhones

Seeking a reliable VA for backend assistance of the business.
We sell preowned & refurbished Apple iPhones in our office in Philadelphia PA, USA.

Tasks will vary as needed, but the main goal is to increase our online presence & number of leads.

Requirements:
- Fluent in english
- Some knowledge on Apple products
- Familiar with Facebook Marketplace
- Familiar with eBay
- Willingness to learn & adapt

Common tasks will be:
- Posting Facebook Marketplace Ads
- Replying to potential customers on facebook messenger
- Manage a new instagram account for the business
- Research

Platforms / tools used will be:
- Facebook Marketplace
- Facebook messenger
- Facebook groups
- Instagram
- Facebook Ads Manager
- eBay
- Monday.com
- Microsoft Excel
- Canva.com

Initially 20hours/week for adaptation, and later full-time.
