Facebook & Online Ads Manager

We are currently looking to transition from an ad agency and bring our Facebook Ads accounts in house with a long term PH VA tea ---------- mber to help us manage our ad spend and help improve our Facebook ad account results. We are looking for someone who has some experience in working with Facebook Ads and can step into the role and provide value with managing the ad accounts once we are comfortable with a handoff, coming up with ideas for creative and helping build creative, and helping us find ways to take our businesses to the next level.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a key member of our team long term.

Here's quick background about our businesses.

We are using Clickfunnels and Wordpress for our sales sites.
We use KEAP Max Classic for our CRM system and have a sizeable email list that we actively communicate with.

We have 3 primary businesses that we currently run ads to:
1- ---------- (Jason Tonioli Music) - We sell spiral bound music books. Ad account is spending approximately $800-$1,000 per day and we would like to scale this account.
2- ---------- - Inspirational stories targeted to Christian members and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. (Knowledge of the church would be very helpful for building audiences that can convert.)
3- Amazing Vacations Costa Rica - This is a travel and tour company. We are needing to drive more traffic. (We would like to expand to YouTube ads in the near future.)

We have many training resources and tools that can be used to help learn and get better at ads. We have spent well over $10,000 on training video courses that this person will have access to for training purposes. We would expect the person in this role to dive into some of these training courses and work to level themselves up.

This employee will be expected to bring ideas of how we can improve our sales process, ads, and even website. However the primary focus will be on making our Facebook ads optimize and perform as strong as possible.

We are looking to hire someone and have this person get started in their role around the middle of November. Some of our tea ---------- mbers are traveling internationally during the first week of November so we won't be able to get started until then and we may be slow to respond during the first 10 days of November. If we can find the right person before November we may consider starting the person in this role sooner.
