Responsibilities:
-Rigorously follow up with leads in your pipeline
-Primary duties include making outbound calls and setting appointments for leader
-Use AND manage the CRM daily to update and stay on task until lead hand-off
-Build rapport with potential sellers
-Attend business meetings/training as required
-Perform business administration paperwork as needed

MUST-HAVE Qualifications:
-Must have great spoken English skills
-Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close over the phone
-Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
-Ability to use/learn CRM processes
-Must be driven and passionate about sales

Compensation and Other Details:
-Salary: $800-$1200 USD/month based on experience.
-Weekday Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9AM-6PM EST.

System/equipment requirements:
-Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
-Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
-Backup internet (pocket wifi)
-USB noise-canceling headset
