Xenia Living is a dynamic and growing company involved in managing a Short Term Rentals (Airbnbs). We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper + Airbnb Customer Service Assistant.

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, as well as interacting with our guests to provide outstanding customer service. This dual role requires a person who enjoys numbers and detailed financial processes while also being passionate about providing guests with memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:
Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
Reconciling accounts at the end of each month.
Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
Processing accounts receivable and payable.
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Airbnb Customer Service:
Acting as the point of contact for guests, dealing with inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
Assisting guests with the booking process and handling all stages of the customer experience.
Addressing customer concerns and resolving problems efficiently and pleasantly.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our properties, amenities, surrounding areas, etc.
Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping experience (1+ years preferred) with a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.
Proficiency in English Speaking.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
