Facebook group post shares

I have a autoposter app on my Shopify store that posts one item from my website to my Facebook business page every morning.I had someone sharing that post into 300 Facebook groups daily.The post shares must only be shared to groups in South Africa.I have all the group's on my Facebook profile.
