EliteInsure Ltd. is a high-end, new tech, Insurance Brokerage Firm in New Zealand that recently experienced exponential growth with outsourcing and has a growing team in the Philippines.

Among others, the company is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant from the BPO industry with experience in CRM & Quality Assurance. Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Monthly Salary
- Php. 18-22,000 depending on skills and experience
- Chance to bump up salary after every performance reviews
- Possible bonuses

Work Schedule ( Available immediately)
- Monday – Friday
- 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM Manila time

Job Requirement
1. At least 25 years old
2. Good spoken & written English
3. Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively
4. In possession of a personal computer or laptop and a noise-cancelling headset with a microphone
5. Internet connection with a minimum speed of 7 Mbps
6. BPO & CRM Experience is a plus
7. Insurance related experience is an advantage
7. Detail-oriented - this role requires someone to be keen even with the slightest detail to ensure accuracy and precision of data/information

2. Arrears and Retention Calls
3. Calling Clients and Insurance Companies
4. Insurance Applications and Claims Follow-ups w/ insurance companies and advisers
5. Audit Applications
6. Data Entry
7. Customer Service
8. Adviser Support
9. and all other Admin related responsibilities that are applicable
