JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant with Social Media and Direct Marketing experience to create engagement and to build and manage marketing campaigns. Copywriting and therefore EXCELLENT ENGLISH (e.g. blogs and articles) required. Must be an excellent communicator.

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Business/Marketing
• 2-5 Years of Experience
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and familiar with all Microsoft Office, social media marketing (especially LinkedIn as well as Insta, Facebook Groups, etc.), CRM (e.g. Hubspot) and Zoom/TEAMS programs
? Lead Generation and engagement creation (must have strong experience in reaching out to contacts (both provided and found), and creating interest in offers. This will be the bulk of the work and only 2+ experienced applicants will be interviewed). Please provide as much detail as possible of:
• How you have done this
• Who you have done it for
• What results you generated
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Must have experience with web management (e.g. page management on apps such as Squarespace/Wix, webservers, email servers, site management, etc.)
• Create web workflows (site page data collection, CRM auto populate, create and manage landing pages, A/B testing, etc.)
• Analyse data – clickthrough rates
• Copywriting blogs and articles at a high level – please provide links to sites showing examples you have written for clients
• Manage SEO/Google keyword research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• References will be requested, so please provide details of referees. We will not contact referees without having spoken to you first.

Equipment Required
• Newer PC: please provide computer specifications (age, processor (e.g. i3/i5/i7), RAM, memory, number of screens, etc)
• Reliable Internet Speed min 15Mbps, please provide screenshot of Speedtest download and upload speeds
• Headset for daily meetings with our Production Manager & Weekly Tea ---------- etings + Webcam
