Bookkeeper & Accounting | Organized, Smart and Experienced

Hello Everyone,

We are now looking for an experienced (NO BEGINNERS) bookkeeper and accountants who can come in, and continue to manage our QuickBooks online bookkeeping accurately and precisely. You will also be responsible for arranging payments of our contractors, organizing invoices, receipts, etc.

We are a small agency in Dallas, Texas, that works with video game studios and we provide a fixed price service. Prices are different per client but our income is consistent and predictable so your accounting work will be very easy once you have things organized and ready. We just need someone who will maintain things and keep things properly. We have always had an accountant working with us from the Philipines and we love working with her but her recent life changes could not let her continue and now we are in need of someone new. She will help show you around where she left things off but she will have everything clean and nice for you until the end of October from where you will continue the work. This does not mean you will be trained as a beginner so if you are not an expert bookkeeper and have never done it extensively and professionally, do not waste your time by applying.

Job Duties:
* Use financial software and tool (Quickbooks Online) to organize our 2021 income and expenses.
* Gather and organize all our receipts and financial documents for all expenses and incomes and attach them with each expense. Same with contracts with clients and contractors.
* Bookkeeping and accounting
* Pay our employees twice a month. We are currently a team of 16 and the majority are from the Philippines but it is the international staff. We pay everyone via ---------- so familiarity with that would be awesome.
* Help organize deductible expenses and ensure low tax payments in a legal and correct manner
* Assist with Tax preparation (we will still work with a CPA but some groundwork will be done with you as the bookkepper)
* Serve as our advisor in finances and expenses for better planning and growth by providing reports monthly

Your expertise:
* Exceptional English (Written and Spoken). There should be no misunderstandings due to the language barrier.
* Previous extensive experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
* Previous experience using some form of financial software for adopting to us. We currently have QuickBooks online which we will continue to use.
* Experienced creating reports and financial info docs
* Business accounting is a must and a B2B business accounting experience is preferred.

Plus to have but NOT a must:
* Basic understanding of the video game market would be nice to have
* Worked previously with agency or service delivery companies. Preferably marketing agencies.
* Have experience preparing ---------- pecially the US and even better Texas taxes. Or simply working with US clients before.
