Job Description and Requirements:
This position reports to the Company Director and Project Managers. BlackStorm Consulting emphasises on empowering talent and building a team of future leaders and entrepreneurs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Competitor Research and Analysis
- Interpret and evaluate researched information and data from various competitors and develop a marketing strategy to enhance the marketing presence
- Evaluate the marketing approach both internally and externally and uncover areas for further improvement
- Research on trending business topics, Singapore startup topics and keep current with government and industry updates through relevant blogs and events to help with new content generation

Marketing Campaigns
- Craft strategic marketing visuals, videos, articles and collaterals to reach out to potential clients and gain more traction for Xprenia in various social media platforms
- Explore various tools and strategies to ensure all content search is fully optimised

Business Development
- Engage with potential clients to drive awareness and build meaningful engagement with them
- Assist in hosting workshops and events with the internal team, partners and clients.
