Quality Assurance Specialist

Hello!

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our e-commerce company.

Location: Remote
Hours: 30+]
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST time zone in the US!!

We are looking for someone who can:
- Gather and enter KPIs for vendor scorecards
- Support document creation
- Create and carry out corrective action plans
- Follow up with our vendors and maintain a positive relationship
- Ensure vendors are providing what is needed for quality inspections
- Review inspection documents
- Accept vendor passing reports
- Is familiar with labs, samples, monitoring quality and social inspections. Things that all translate into KPIs
- Eventually will support work on quality vendor management manual

Ideal candidate
- Fluent in English
- Engineering background
- Quality management
- Six Sigma certified
