Project Manager with Kajabi experience

We’re looking for an awesome, reliable, and experienced Project Manager for a US-based Online Course Design, Digital Marketing, Business Coaching company.

THE ROLE
Project Manager to start part-time at 10-20hrs/week and can potentially transition into full-time at 40hrs/week.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Help the Owner/ Founder in managing projects and VAs
* Meet with the Owner/ Founder weekly to go over projects
* Coordinate with other VAs
* Communications with clients/prospects

PREFERED EXPERIENCE
Best if you…
* Have been in a Customer Service, Executive Assistance, or similar role before for at least 2 years.
* Have 1 year of Account / Project management experience.
* Have a great personality, both in person and in writing.
* Passionate in managing operations & helping companies grow
* Reliable, loyal and trust-worthy

Technical Skills Required:
* Expertise in Project Management in an Online Business/Digital Marketing industry/ niche
* IMPORTANT: Understands the Kajabi Platform

Position Details:
* This is an independent contractor position
* You must have access to a comfortable home office, laptop, and strong internet connection.
* Up to 20 hours per week to start with potential for growth
* The pay rate for this position is anywhere from $7/ hour up to $10 per hour for a rockstar
