JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task as you will be in-charge of supervision of the office. You will also be doing HR functions such as sourcing, interviewing, etc.

• We prefer somebody with 2-4 relevant experience.
• Plus points for those who have worked for Xight, Interactive Asia Inc, CJG Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Philippines, SEO Hacker, Qeryz, GDI, Digital Philippines & Webby Thoughts.

Key responsibilities (Major):
• Manage existing & build new Search and Display campaigns and develop search strategies to provide leading digital marketing solutions
• Utilize bid management and tracking technologies for campaign optimization and reporting.
• Oversee the implementation of SEM campaigns- strong focus on optimization and ROI
• Implement and optimize paid social media campaigns
• Working closely with other business units to ensure full collaboration
• Keeping knowledge up to date with latest releases and industry news
• Coming up with ideas and strategies to help grow existing campaigns or new campaigns (at proposal stage)
• Using third party optimization tools to manage and improve campaign ROI and other focus metrics
• Writing text ad copy and providing recommendations on image ad design
• Reporting to stakeholders & creating standard reporting templates
• Preparation of monthly reports.
• Providing consulting services as well as prepare proposals and cost breakdowns.
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders providing high quality communication and responses.
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues, including tracking and reporting.
• Consult with Google Support and Strategists to further enhance campaign opportunities and performance.
• Document and manage workflow and assist with maintaining processes and procedures.
