Customer Service/Personal Assistant

Hi! We're Yellowcake Shop, a signature line of women’s outerwear and accessories designed and crafted by artist and Project Runway alumna Valerie Mayén based in Cleveland, OH.
We're looking for an organized, self-starting customer service representative to assist our clients, someone who can handle issues with ease and get problems solved.
This role will also include some virtual assistant duties for our founder, including scheduling appointments, booking her for speaking engagements, and more.
We'd like someone who can work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday, with plenty of flexibility within those hours.
