We need an E-commerce Customer Support Representative for our brand Brave Nurses ( ---------- ).

Our website is hosted via Shopify and we run ads on Facebook and Instagram. ( ---------- .>>>>>facebook.com/Brave-Nurses ---------- , ---------- )

We need someone with the experience with shopify, facebook and instagram as well as experience with doing emails, moderating comments, doing support on facebook messages, etc.

* Available to work 8 hours/day and 5 days a week

What you will do:

- Answer customer support emails
- Moderate Social Media Pages (Reply to comments, engage with customers)
- Fulfill Orders and send it to supplier
- Work with supplier
- Handle disputes, chargebacks and refunds
- Track daily Profit And Loss (Very easy, training provided on it)
- Work with influencers on Instagram and TikTok to get video and photo content
- Contact new influencers
