Customer Service and Order Processing Rep

* Offering outstanding customer service is our top priority. We are looking for someone who is proficient in English and can handle customer inquiries and concerns with confidence.through both email and on the phone.
* Team member must become familiar with our products of over 2,500 SKUs and be able to offer suggestions to our customers
* Experience with Shopify platform, able to import and modify products on Shopify using CSV files
* Able to address customer questions, refunds and complaints professionally and diligently
* Work with multiple supplier ordering platforms to process and fulfil orders
