After Hours Receptionist and Scheduler

This is a full-time position and we are looking for a weekend receptionist and scheduler to assist with phone answering, customer service, and scheduling. Our company, Total Care Connections, provides home care services to seniors in their homes. We send caregivers and nurses into the home 24 hours/day.

The weekend would start at 5:00p.m. on Friday and end at 7:00a.m. on Monday PST. During this time, you would be responsible for answering incoming calls and texts and responding as necessary. Often times, you will receive notifications that a caregiver is calling out of shift. You would then be responsible for calling available caregivers to re-fill the shift.
