Event Management Support

We are looking for someone that catches on fast and is a self-starter. We need support with the planning and organizing of a one-day expo.

We need someone to help with the following:
Writing (Need letters created for sponsors and participants)
Organizing ( We need to develop an outline of all tasks to be accomplished for the expo and assign responsibility)
Support me in managing all moving parts.
Create agenda with graphics

You are needed to start immediately until November 3rd.
