Virtual Assistant

As VA in the FitNut Lifestyle Academy, you’ll be in charge of identifying qualified leads ( based on our criteria) and then creating a conversation over FB or IG and breaking the ice.

The entire company depends on this role because you’ll be booking appointments for our sales team, and the appointments are the first step in our sales process, that means that without leads, there are no appointments, there are no sales.

????Your Goal
Your goal as a lead hunter/ice breaker is to find 150-200 leads to target for icebreaking. Our goal is to is to book between 10-20 appointments per day for our team of setters, so you have to find qualified leads and start the convo (icebreaking). Once you start that first convo you are done.

Qualified leads are important, we cannot just pick anyone even if they are obese. Your job is to follow our criteria and make sure you are following what we believe are qualified leads.

????Lead Hunter/Ice Breaker Mindset

YOU ARE THERE TO HELP!!! Our program is fucking awesome and changes lives.
Focus less on time and more on targets. We set a target for call bookings every day. So, once your target for lead hunting and ice breaking for that day is set don’t stop until you hit that target.
You will find that when you do target setting you spend less time on messenger because you reach your target FASTER as opposed to just saying you'll do 2 hours today. Every morning write your target down on paper and get to fishing!
Make it fun. Play music, and get into the groove,go to a coffee shop or beach, you can literally do this from your phone from anywhere.

Requirements:

Can speak English and understand English fluently
Able to manage a calendar and show up for all assigned weekly meetings
Able to follow and take directions

Has computer or phone that allows for social media access
Know how's to communicate effectively with leads
Knows how to report up to project leader
Is a team player and POSITIVE
Able to adapt to changes in role and function
Reliable internet
No excuses mentality
Knows how to communicate with team and understands there is no" I" in team.
