Redesign an annual report already laid out in InDesign C6

Hi,

I am seeking a professional talented designer who can redesign an annual report for me. It has been laid out on In Design C6 already. The copy is there but the client was not totally happy with that was put there already.

Must know branding principles
Education will be helpful
Experience already working with an agency is helpful but not necessary
At least 5 years experience
Experience laying out professional annual reports

Edit cover - change the cover. back will just be the address and org logo
Edit inside - edit page 1 to 37. Financials don't need editing. Can make better if have ideas.
- change the look so brighter and more professional
- executive should not have full page images
- more full page images
- edit graph to look better on page 7
