E-mail & SMS-Marketing Expert

WANTED: WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL MARKETER WITH EMPHASIS ON E-MAIL & SMS MARKETING

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, creative, and result-driven digital marketer to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for implementing e-mail marketing and automation strategies for our clients. The digital marketer can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns/flows. They can manage all e-mail & SMS marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all activities such as setting up and execute the e-mail & SMS-marketing strategy for all our clients.

Personal Flows is a e-mail & SMS-marketing agency founded in 2021. As a e-mail & SMS agency, we work with several different types of European based clients, particularly e-commerce brands. Our services include e-mail & SMS-marketing through automation flows and campaigns. We are headquartered in the Holland.

Since we are selling in the European market, the successful candidate must have a total command of the English language, and should have a strong understanding of European consumer preferences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and manage the e-mail marketing program (in Klaviyo) and SMS program (in SMS-bump) to deliver against our aggressive growth and engagement goals for our clients.

Partner with CEO to drive strategic e-mail and SMS growth initiatives focused on onboarding, acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, engagement, automations, campaigns, and more.
Plan and execute ongoing testing to drive continuous improvement across e-mail and SMS KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue.
Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and new opportunities for growth define and monitor KPIs to be able to react to changes quickly.
Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment. Developing and delivering e-mail & SMS-marketing strategies across a variety of campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.



REQUIREMENTS:

Klaviyo experience
Minimum of 2 years e-mail marketing experience across a range of clients
Experience in technical analysis, outreach, content marketing & content creation, with proven results.
Strong analytics and data-driven background, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and translate analytic data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs.
At least 2 years of experience with e-commerce
Demonstrated success in contributing to e-commerce customer growth by building scalable programs.
E-mail and SMS strategy experience. Must have experience developing and managing strategic e-mail and marketing campaigns on Klaviyo.
Technically proficient in e-mail and SMS campaign management, setting up intricate automations, syncing e-mail, testing measurement and optimization.
Experience using tools like Klaviyo, SMS-bump & click-up
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity, strong base for action and high-impact growth.
Creative self-starter with a can-do attitude; can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated
communication with Clients – Sharing campaign results with clients
This position requires “EXCELLENT ENGLISH” ---------- SIRED QUALIFICATIONS (not required, but strongly advantageous):

Experience working at a digital marketing agency
Experience marketing to European/Western customers
English at a Mother Tongue level
