Art Director

We are looking for an Art Director who has a keen eye for design and a natural ability to direct a team of creative designers. You review the research materials and form a vision for the visual language and design style for our clients, for both UI design and graphic design. You are a great leader and enjoy researching what’s cutting edge relative to our client's industry so that you can inspire your team to create a world-class design.

What You’ll Do:
-Manage a team of designers to create stunning websites and marketing assets
-Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, strategists, and designers
-Review research materials to better understand brand objectives, target audience, and industry trends
-Manage timelines with your team to ensure projects are delivered on time
-Ensure that all aspects of the project are in line with the clients’ requirements
-Brainstorm ideas and concepts and communicate them with the relevant teams

What You Should Have:
-At least 5yrs work experience as an art director, preferably in a design agency
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Proficient in using design software (i.e. Figma, Photoshop, InDesign)
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to delegate responsibilities
-Excellent communication skills
-A strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic
-Enjoys keeping up with the latest design trends and techniques
