As you can see, this is currently a part-time role. However, you must be ready to eventually commit to a full-time position. This may be a perfect opportunity for you if you’re currently schooling and want to get a headstart in the working world. That being said, this part-time role does NOT mean you put in part-time effort. We believe in putting our 110% in everything we do in that ---------- nt — work, family, play, etc.

Here’s a gist of what you’ll be doing:
1. Managing events, supporting client relationships, appointments and general enquiries
2. Storing, organising, updating and uploading documents
3. Simple transcription of videos and creating summaries
4. Researching, learning, and extracting useful information for social media content
5. Managing client database
6. Other administrative tasks — i.e. Social media engagement, Sending out resources to clients
7. Simple design skills using ---------- (good to have but not compulsory)
8. Continuously discover and implement new technologies or methods to maximise both your personal and our business efficiency/productivity

If you perform these tasks well, we’ll make sure you are well taken care ---------- addition, make sure you apply ONLY if you have:
• A laptop and stable wifi connection
• A smart-phone
• The ability to respond to messages and emails within 18 hours max
