Studio Assistant

Hi all,

Quiq Studio is looking for a part-time studio assistant to join our creative team. As a studio assistant, your job will be to find new clients for our studio, make the initial contracts, manage the behind-the-scenes of what we do, assist with inquiries, client management, email marketing, social media copywriting, and general project assistance.

About Quiq Studio: Quiq is a creative studio specializing in branding and marketing. We offer branding, website design, and social media management services.

The ideal person is a hybrid between a copywriter, email marketer, project manager, and a virtual assistant. The Golden Question! Does this person exist? If yes, read below:

We require a talented individual to help us with:

- Outreach, Follow ups and Business Development
- Send and respond to emails
- General project assistance
- Assist me with social media and sharing content.
- Be an amazing partner who is fun to work with

Requirements
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Can handle meetings very well
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Email marketing for lead generation
- Fluent in the English Language
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients
- Copywriting experience is a plus
