As a UNIT HEAD, you will be responsible for building and managing your own team, including recruitment of Financial Advisors who will be under your supervision.

TASKS AND DUTIES
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Recruit and coach your financial advisors to meet or exceed team’s targets
* Master and implement Sales Activity Management
* Prospecting, Financial Needs Analysis, Closing Sales, Leads Generation

QUALIFICATIONS
* College Graduate, any field
* Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience
* Specialization in Financial Service (Insurance, Banking) is preferred, not required
* Ability to recruit and lead 15 productive team members
* Ability to work with excellence and integrity
* A team-player and values open communication
* Is goal-oriented and self-driven
