Experienced Graphic Designer Needed

We are looking or a skilled Graphic Designer to work full-time.
Working on creating typographic artwork designs and many other tasks associated with Ecommerce websites such as creating banners etc, see below for a comprehensive list of the work and skills.

You must possess good English reading and writing skills as all correspondence will be in English.

You'll be working from home, 8 hours a day.
There is a little bit of flexibility with your work day time, but you must be working at the latest by 11am Phillipines time, ideally 10am though.

The starting salary is 20,000 php a month, paid fortnightly. This will go up at least annually but based on your level of work ethic and skill level it may be increased more often than annually.

Must possess the following skills:

- Strong graphic design skills
- Can follow the flow/patterns in word art designs
- Can create and match typographic art based on existing designs
- Good sense in font pairing
- Eye for colour combinations
- Attention to detail
- Able to create website ads and banners
- Has skill for creating artworks from references
- Has knowledge in layout designing
- Can create product image mockups
- Can develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos and websites
- Able to thoroughly prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Adept in photo manipulation
- Ability to generate many different ideas for the same task/project
- Must be curious to know and learn new things
- Open to criticism

Proficient or knowledgeable in the following software:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Microsoft Word and Excel

Depending on the amount of work needed to be done at the time, ideally a successful candidate would be able to help with some basic social media tasks as well. Some days you will be doing Graphic Design all day other days and will be less busy and ideally you would do some social media posts on Facebook, IG, Pinterest etc. These tasks are quite simple and this can be easily taught.
